1. Who We Are
Elementor Software PTY LTD ("we", "us", "our") is an Australian company that owns and operates the InstantITP service at instantitp.com. We provide an AI-powered Inspection and Test Plan generation service for Australian construction professionals. If you have any questions about this policy, contact us at support@instantitp.com.
2. Information We Collect
We collect the following categories of information:
- Account information: Your name, email address, and password (hashed) when you register. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email from Google.
- Project documents: PDF files you upload (drawings, specifications) for ITP generation. These are stored temporarily in secure cloud storage and deleted after your ITP is generated.
- Company logo: If you upload a logo, it is stored in secure cloud storage and used only to embed in your generated Excel ITP.
- Payment information: We do not store card details. Payments are processed by Stripe. We retain a record of your payment (amount, date, Stripe session ID) for receipts and compliance.
- Usage data: Standard server logs including IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps. This data is used to maintain and improve the service.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To create and manage your account
- To generate your Inspection and Test Plan using the Anthropic Claude AI API
- To process your payment via Stripe
- To send transactional emails (e.g. receipts, account notifications)
- To respond to support requests
- To improve the accuracy and quality of our AI generation
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your uploaded documents to train AI models.
4. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate InstantITP:
- Supabase — authentication and database (servers in Australia/US)
- Anthropic (Claude API) — AI processing of your uploaded documents to generate ITP content
- Stripe — secure payment processing
- Google OAuth — optional sign-in with Google
- Vultr — VPS hosting (Sydney region)
Each of these providers has its own privacy policy. Your uploaded documents are transmitted to Anthropic's API for processing and are subject to Anthropic's privacy policy.
5. Data Retention
- Uploaded PDFs and logos: Deleted from cloud storage within 24 hours of your ITP being generated.
- Account data: Retained for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time.
- Payment records: Retained for 7 years as required by Australian tax law.
- Server logs: Retained for 30 days.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your account and associated data
- Object to or restrict certain processing

7. Cookies
We use only functional cookies necessary to maintain your login session. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. No cookie consent banner is required as we do not track you across other websites.
8. Security
All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Passwords are hashed using industry-standard algorithms via Supabase Auth. Uploaded files are stored in private (non-public) cloud storage buckets accessible only by our servers. We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access.
9. Children's Privacy
The InstantITP service is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
